Engaged in Community Service
The 2023 Year 12s have reached out to their local community in service.
Peace Lutheran College has an active community service program, one of those being our participation in local charity, Rosies - Friends on the Street. Once a month, our senior secondary students participate in this outreach program, serving the needs of those less fortunate in our local community.
This year's senior secondary students volunteered and recently attended the Youth Engagement Program induction. The turnout of students was so encouraging, the organisers of Rosies made special mention of them in their current newsletter.
We feel blessed as a College to see our students living out our PLC values of Peace, Excellence, Respect, and Community through their selfless service to others.
